Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $85,000-95,000/yr

At The Management Group, we're seeking an experienced Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties in the Portland, OR area. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving property performance, building strong owner relationships, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement effective business strategies.
• Manage and enhance financial performance, including budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple property owners, providing strategic guidance on property goals.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of rental rates and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in multisite property management.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on client relations.
• Knowledge of Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
