WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate with the Controller and SF Accounting Manager on various tasks.
• Maintain and support the financial health of assigned property portfolios.
• Reconcile bank accounts, process payments, and manage vendor accounts.
• Support monthly financial statement preparation and assist with annual budget processes.
• Ensure compliance by auditing properties and managing tenant move-out procedures.
