Job Title: Residential Portfolio Manager

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and managing lease agreements, rent collection, and deposit processing
• Setting rental rates, deposits, and fees while directing marketing and leasing efforts
• Coordinating maintenance, property upkeep, and vendor services
• Managing vacancy timelines, move-outs, chargebacks, and turnover performance
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, landlord/tenant regulations, and court processes
• Overseeing the services of vendors, onsite teams, and support staff
• Maintaining accurate reports on occupancy, lease expirations, and property condition
• Collaborating with property owners regarding property status and long-term needs
• Providing leadership and direction to an assigned Assistant Property Manager

What You Bring:

• Experience managing a portfolio of single-family rental homes
• Strong knowledge of residential property management laws and best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering results
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $55,000–$65,000/year
• Monthly gas allowance: $175
• Monthly cell phone allowance: $40
