Title: Property Marketing Coordinator – Multifamily
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $28–32/hour DOE

The Management Group is seeking a Property Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across our multifamily portfolio in Washington and Oregon. This role connects corporate marketing strategy with onsite teams, ensuring each community has the tools, materials, and guidance needed to drive traffic, leases, and consistent brand presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary marketing support contact for onsite Property Managers and Leasing teams
• Coordinate marketing projects including promotions, leasing specials, signage, listings updates, digital ads, and new community launches
• Support onboarding of new properties with marketing setup, branding, and AppFolio updates
• Manage ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, Apartment List, and similar channels

• Maintain accurate listings, websites, social media, and promotional materials
• Perform routine audits to ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards
• Track marketing project progress and follow up on outstanding items

• Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management responses
• Help create flyers, digital ads, email campaigns, and community-level content
• Support SEO and local search visibility efforts

• Track lead sources, traffic trends, and marketing performance metrics
• Assist with reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recent marketing experience (defined as experience within the last 3–5 years)
• Multifamily onsite experience strongly preferred (leasing agent, assistant manager, or property manager background)
• Understanding of digital marketing, listings platforms, and marketing analytics
• Experience with Adobe tools, social media platforms, and marketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication and organizational skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout our portfolio regions in Washington and Oregon
